KM International KM8000T Trailer Mounted Hotbox Standard Equipment

  • Four-ton asphalt capacity KM8000T trailer unit
  • Asphalt hotbox reclaimer allows asphalt to be kept at working temperature for up to 3 days
  • (2), 30lb. LP cylinders
  • Reclaimer: When new asphalt is unavailable, stockpiled material can be loaded in the KM 8000T and recycled. Within 12 hours hard, cold chunked asphalt is reclaimed into usable hot mix
  • Two insulated gravity feed shovel ports
  • Two insulated filling doors with safety latches and manual lever openers
  • Gas spring assisted insulated filling lids; opens easily with 8 lbs of force
  • Utility equipment storage area
  • Thermostatically controlled heat with 100% safety shut down
  • Dual 7,000lb axle leaf spring, electric brakes on all wheels and emergency breakaway feature
  • 14,000lb. GVWR
