Optimal Control, Minimal Clean-Up, Highly Productive

The Stone Groutzilla™ System makes placement of grout and mortar in block walls and foundations easy, simple, and efficient. Right Built to save time and money by increasing productivity, the Groutzilla System performs the work of larger grout pumps at a fractioin of the cost. The combinationof the patented Talet® auger design and positive flow control easily fills block and walls at almost any slump.

Virtually Self-Cleaning

Residual grout material in the 20 cubic foot hopper is minimized with the patented auger's self-wiping design and inovative swing-out discharge snout. All the grout is effectively discharged, eliminating build-up that can contaminate the next batch and lead to costly clean-ups or damage. The self-wiping design reduces clean-up time to a matter of minutes. The swing-out discharge snout requires no tools for thorough clean-out of the unit and is ergonomically designed to eliminate handling of heavy components, making "end of the job" clean-up time quick and easy. Simply add water, wash down the sides, run the auger in both directions and the system flushes out any remaining material in one-third the time of other mechanical placement systems. No need to take the discharge snout apart or remove the auger.

Trouble Free Operation

A well thought out Right Built design with high quality, innovative features, delivers years of easy, trouble free operation. The heavy duty, solid steel hopper pivots on underlying heavy duty roller bearings. The pivots features a unique 3-way positive locking device to allow the hopper to swivel 360° when needed. Turn 180° for optimal coverage of the blocks, and lock in place for transport. The hopper can be eaasily replaced and carries a 1-year warranty.

The Parker® leak free hydraulic system provides worry free operation of the patented auger and positive shut off valve - forward and reverse, start and stop, open and close; leaving minimal material in the hose. It reduces block over flow and clean up. Tethered power take off hydraulic hoses allow the hopper to swing 180° but won't tangle in the lift, chaffe or break.

The optional radio frequency remote control puts control of the discharge flow in the hands of the mason. The remote controlled operation improves the accuracy of the placement, reduces waste caused by overflow and lessens confusing hand signals to the lift operator.

Because the Groutzilla Placement System is primarily compromised of the auger driven by the PTO hydraulics, service time and cost is considerably less than conventional grout pumps. There are fewer components to replace, reducing both maintenance time and money. The Groutzilla System makes light work of all grout placement jobs, minimizes clean up and reduces time. It is simplymore efficient on the job.
